1. The old ways of creating employment no longer work, there will be no large factories opening to employ thousands of people. (AI will have all these jobs)

2. Even large corporations of bookkeepers and accountants will shift to AI – that means that million who thought they could not be replaced will be replaced by AI.

3. All employment of the future will be created by you and I the entrepreneurs of the future

4. I see that we will be going back to self-employed, small business owners and entrepreneurs (within each community – creating small islands of economies)
