Chapter 10 – The Sub-conscious Mind II

Your whole life, every thought, sentences and thus words – have been engraving themselves into your sub-conscious mind. Deeply. In fact every experience, every thought you have ever had, every word you have ever heard has become indelibly etched in your sub-conscious mind. Over time this most of the memories in the sub-conscious mind become the individuals self-image. Without you realising it, your past experiences and the inner monologue you hold with yourself have convinced you that you aren’t the type of person who can become a millionaire, even if, objectively speaking, you have all the qualities to do so and more easily than you can imagine. Like everyone else, your self-image is so powerful that it unwittingly becomes your destiny. Outer circumstances end up matching the image you have of yourself with amazing precision. To become rich or anything else you want, you have to create a new self-image for yourself and of your new self.

This is simple, but not easy to do. But the real technique in getting the results is in the way you see your future you.

We have often heard people say see yourself in that position or in that business or with those things you want and this is true, one must be able to see yourself as being rich or famous or what ever it is you want. But the most powerful way to do it is with emotion in the present moment.

This is how you do it – lets say that you want to scale your business to $5 million dollars a year. You first imagine yourself in the future with your company achieving $5 million dollars per year, what would you say to your staff and what would your emotional state be in that moment.

Now bring your mind back to the here and now and feel that moment as if it was here and now. When you can do that with all the emotions and images, you are creating.
